Hair extension orders will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. Raw hair will be processed and shipped out within 7-14 business days. NO REFUNDS ON EXTENSIONS; ONLY EXCHANGES WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AND HAIR MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL STATE IT WAS PURCHASED IN! This means that the hair can not have gone through any chemical process that would have altered or changed the texture of the hair. No removal of bands and tags. BRoyal ready to ship units will be processed and shipped 1-2 days after your payments have been processed and received. Any payments through Sezzle will only be accepted on orders in the amount of $200 or more. Orders under $200 will be cancelled immediately and not processed.
