Do you have an old wig with a damaged closure and you need it repaired? Well this is the service for you!
FULL closure replacement service includes......
*Removal of an old closure, and a replacement of a new one(not provided).
*Bleaching the knots & lace tinting.
*Tightening of any bundles that have loosen up over time.
*Shampoo/Conditioning/Styling/Curling of the wig.
NOTE: Closure must match the size of the closures that were originally placed on your wig. Example: If you previously ordered a wig with a 4*4 closure, you must ship a 4*4 closure to replace the closure that needs to be replaced.
Shipping policy
You have 48 hours to cancel any order after payments are completed. After 48 hours you will agree to the terms and condition that all sales are final and that you will not be issued a refund!!!!
Black Royal custom unit constructions and return shipment time averages between 14-21 business days. These times and days may vary or possibly be extended a few days due to unforeseen issues with your hair content.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP OUT ON WEEKENDS AND/OR HOLIDAYS!!!
Hair extension orders will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. Raw hair will be processed and shipped out within 7-14 business days.
NO REFUNDS ON EXTENSIONS; ONLY EXCHANGES WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AND HAIR MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL STATE IT WAS PURCHASED IN! This means that the hair can not have gone through any chemical process that would have altered or changed the texture of the hair. No removal of bands and tags.
BRoyal ready to ship units will be processed and shipped 1-2 days after your payments have been processed and received.
Any payments through Sezzle will only be accepted on orders in the amount of $200 or more. Orders under $200 will be cancelled immediately and not processed.
